Effect of Leadership Style on the Performance of Student Organization Management

The Student Executive Board of the Faculty Economics and Management, Bogor Agricultural University (BEM FEM IPB) is a faculty-level organization that has succeeded in making achievements as Healthy Organization at IPB Appreciation Week event for two consecutive years, namely 2020 2021. Based on results research conducted by BEM to students Management found performance organizational management was not good enough there were gaps assessments between departments IPB. This study aims identify leadership styles, performance, analyze influence style student administrators 2020/2021. multiple linear regression analysis show most dominant achievement-oriented style. category. influences simultaneously only significantly management.
